Joanne was lovely and made us feel comfortable. She was very pleasant to us both and listened carefully to our requirements.

Time was taken to ensure that the correct mattress was purchased and a number of choices were offered

having decided to look for a new bed we were really just trying out new options. We had purchased a very expensive £2000 bed from a competitor 2 years earlier and have been hugely disappointed in the product and was very sceptical of spending the same level of money again and ending up with another product not fit for our purpose. Iulia from the Salisbury Dreams shop was amazing and incredibly knowledgeable and too her time to help us understand the options and understood what we had been through with our previous bed choice. Iulia took us through the options and gave us the time to understand the options and I never felt we were pressured into making a choice and she was happy for us to take our time and even though there was a flash sale on as well, she understood that just making a snap decision was not the right thing to do and came up with a product insurance plan that helped take away any nagging doubts about make the same mistakes again. After nearly 2hrs we managed to get ourselves a new super-king bed and a new mattress for my 9yr old son.
