David was brilliant and very knowledgeable and made the whole process easy from start to finish.

David was very friendly and he really knew the products. We were very happy that the mattress can be delivered so quickly too.

I was seen by Claire who was extremely thorough, didn’t rush me, allowed me lots of tries on the beds, was knowledgeable and kind. She even managed to get me to spend more than I planned!

We were greeted by Julia within seconds of walking in the store .She showed us everything we asked for and was helpful and efficient.aS he offered us a drink and made my wife a coffee.

We knew what item we wanted, we explained this to the sales lady who immediately showed us the item we were looking to order, then showed us a couple of alternatives, which whilst of interest were not quite in the same league as the item we wanted. We completed the order, got a sensible delivery date, paid for assembly and re-cycling of old components, and paid for the whole item on our debit card. We were also offered and provided with a very acceptable cup of tea.

the profesional manner in which your staff members behaved was fantastic, it made choosing to by from dreams in Salisbry vefy easy. Joanne was friendly and couldnt do enough for us, she ensured we were given all the infomation allowing us to make the decission that was right for us.

This is the 2nd time in the last 8 months that I have purchased from Dreams store in Salisbury. Prior to that I purchased a new double bed in 2018. So I have already returned to the store in a comparatively short time. I think this tells you all you need to know.
