Great service and product knowledge. Very quick to offer assistance, nothing appeared to be too much for us. The right balance of patience and no hard sell.Tried all of the Tempur products and variety of combinations. Keiran gave us the support and guidance that we needed. I only went in to buy a pillow and bought a mattress. Thats what you call good sales :)

Fast ordering Good delivery date Staff member helped with issue of new build address not easy to be found. Staff made experience comfortable ( coffee and mince piles )

Great customer service

Staff were very customer focused polite and knowledgeable. Showed empathy as my wife has very aggressive osteoarthritis and were patient and not at all over zealous. We didn't feel pressured and were given time to make the right selection.

We were created by a very lovely member of staff, we advised what we were looking for. She recommended using the new mattress device to find the best mattress for body shape, which was interesting. She showed us a variety of items that all met our criteria. She also had a very good product knowledge and was awash of our financial boundaries. We had our 3yr old (hyper) daughter, and 18yr old who has additional learning needs with us and she made us feel comfortable, by letting them look around, giving them drawing equipment and then offering us all a drink. Was very thoughtful. Overall a really good experience, and fanstastic turn around for delivery. Also the offer of being able to have the bed put together after moving house and being surrounded by flat packs, it was a treat to spend £50!!

I researched it online, then called the store to see if the model I wanted was in display. Then I went in and saw it and bought it. The customer assistant was extremely helpful and polite in the phone and in the store. She knew exactly where it was and had detailed knowledge of the product. And she was able to offer me a military discount to top it all off!

From the moment I entered the store (Salisbury) the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They advised me to try sleepmatch to ensure I was fully informed about the product I was looking for. Whilst I was then browsing the beds/mattresses, the shop assistant made me a nice cup of tea! Staff were able to answer every question I had and seemed genuinely interested in my needs and requests. The bed and mattress I ended up purchasing were extremely good value but I believe I have a quality product. I was given a delivery date or less than a week and received emails and text messages to confirm my order. I received a completely faultless service from Dreams Salisbury. Thank you
