Dreams - Salisbury

Claire was the lady who served us and even though it was new years day she was friendly and helpful. We told her our problems we were having with our simba mattress, which is shockingly awful and she appreciated what we were going through. The service from start to finish was impeccable and we even got a cup of coffee! Wish we went here to start with rather than spending over £600 on a mattress weve had less than a year!

The staff in the shop were very helpful and we were pleased with the bed and mattress that we bought.

The assistance we received was very good. We were greeted straight away and asked how they could assist us. We were shown the mattress analysist bed and from there shown different kind of mattresses. The assistant was able to help us find the right one by listening to our needs. She was very professional and had a good knowledge of each mattress. Once we had chosen the mattress, the process of placing the order and paying was done very quickly and efficiently. There was a table to children to sit and colour in, while the adults completed and paid for the items.

This was my first visit to the Salisbury store. I can say that it was absolutely great to see very friendly environment there to help customers. I thoroughly enjoyed the time spent there. I bought a mattresse and had received military discount as well. Free delivery was plus point as well.

Kieran the advisor was extremely helpful and polite. He helped to use the machine to test which mattress was best and then showed me the suggested ones. He was a pleasure to deal with.

The assistant Joanne was very knowledgeable and provided excellent guidance in buying the bed to suit our needs.

David was extremely helpful and informative in helping us to make our decision.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Jo was great in helping us find a mattress that suited both myself and my partner. We were very happy with the service we received in store from both Jo and her colleagues who also assisted us.
