Clair, I think was her name (the only woman working at the Salisbury store on the 4th March 2020 as far as I could tell), was very helpful and understanding of our two children who were not exactly making things easy for us. She was very patient, able to answer all of our questions, and even found a spot for my wife to breastfeed our two week old son (and made us tea), and occupied our two year old daughter with a colouring table, before carrying on going through the beds with us. We were there for a long time, and usually I would shop around but Clair was so helpful that we decided to buy the bed there and then.

From the moment we entered the store we were treated as a valued customer. David greeted us warmly and took time to understand the reasons for our visit, he then invited us to make use of the Dreams SleepMatch and then talked us through the results. Nothing was too much trouble and David was highly professional in his approach and was not in the least bit pushy. The result being that we made an informed decision and have bought, what we think, will be the perfect bed for us.

Went to the Dream store and we were treated like normal shoppers and not profiled based on the colour of our skin. David was very helpful, friendly, professional and respectful. Use the dream sleep took to determine the bed we would mostly prefer and it worked.
