Kieran was very helpful throughout my time in store pointing me in the correct direction but giving me ample time to go off on my own before assisting again. He explained the difference in mattresses and very relatable. Water was offered on entry and the social distancing guidelines made me feel safe.

The sales representative was not only incredibly knowledgeable of the products & services but had also mastered her customer management technique. She knew exactly when to approach us when we need help, she knew exactly when to step away and let us discuss the product. On top of this, she also ensured that we followed the stores h&s procedure in relation to Covid, making us all feel safe within the store.

Joanne was very knowledgable and knew exactly what I needed before even doing the little bed test :) I was able to take my time and lay on a few beds and didn’t feel as thought I was being judged for not buying the fancy high end bed. The shop was very clean and the social distancing that was in place worked well
