Very excellent customer service, sales assistant was charming and helpful, gave me 100% of her attention and suggested many different options. I was buying on behalf of my 90 year old mother. Ashley and his colleague were faultless on Saturday the delivery day. He phoned me to update me on the delivery time, and was a good as his word. The bed was delivered to the relevant room.

As soon as we entered Dreams - we were assured by Lisa. She explained everything perfectly to us, as well as following covid guidelines. She answered every question we had. She was polite and friendly. We enjoyed using the dream bed machine to work out our exact mattress. The whole experience was enjoyable.
