Dreams colleague's name was Joanne at the Salisbury branch who greeted us when we entered the store made us feel very welcomed and instructed us on their Covid 19 measure in place. Nothing was too much trouble and we embraced the special bed which scanned us and gave us the requirements for helping us to choose the correct bed. We tried many beds and then found the perfect one. We purchased a Cool touch original elite 25 k mattress and 4 drawer divan. We purchased on the 7th July 20 and the bed was delivered on the 29th July 20, so quick, amazing service. My partner and I are over the moon with our new bed and feel we have a new lease of life. A very big thank you to Joanne and we highly recommend the store if you value good customer service and a lovely bed. Dreams is the place to purchase.

David was amazing, I was offered a bottle of water and provided the opportunity to try several pillows as that’s what I was looking to purchase. All the staff kept a safe distance from myself and their colleagues so I felt safe during my visit. Very positive experience, and very friendly staff.
