Having shopped at your Salisbury store in the past, I had no hesitation in returning. As expected the service was very good. Despite the corona virus threat everything was in place at the entrance to make me feel Confident to continue shopping. Joanne your sales lady was excellent. Listened to my requirements and I was able to have all my questions answered In a very satisfactory Way.

Claire at the store in Salisbury was brilliant with me and my partner. We are first time buyers and not sure what we really needed. We had two visits to the store and both times Claire was informative, polite, professional and a pleasure. She was understanding when we couldn’t commit to a delivery date and gave us the quote of what we had chosen.
