I was very promptly welcomed by Iulia - what a lovely smile! She immediately made me feel secure in these uncertain times and asked me what I was looking for. After her advising me what to do, I lay on the ‘funny bed’, she gave me space until it had done its thing. With the results she showed me the appropriate mattresses (top end) I explained that as a lowly nurse I would have to look at other options and without hesitation she took me to other mattresses. She was diplomatic and sensitive to my needs, not pushy and very kind. It was inordinately hot and she offered me a cold water from the fridge which was greatly appreciated and whilst she was creating the paperwork on the computer was kind enough to ask how work is now. I could not have expected or wanted better service - thank you so much for an excellent shopping experience - and I HATE shopping!

Very friendly, not pushy at all. We sanitized as soon as we entered The shop and so did they gentleman Serving us. Water offered too bonus especially as it was so hot outside, lovely touch.

Friendly helpful staff with great knowledge of the products, a very clean and well laid out store and very good regarding covid hygiene. Certainly would recommend this store.
