The salesman Paul could not do enough to help me. I visited the store with a bad back and he was very helpful and compassionate to my needs. He was swift with the service whilst not rushing me or pushing me into any sales. He understood that as a single person, I was not able to purchase highly priced goods and found me the best deal to fulfil my needs. Very pleasant experience, thank you

Joanna approached us and welcomed us very well, the store was clean and well presented with competitive pricing throughout and lots of choice! We even came away with pillows and a mattress protector! :) Overall a great store and an easy buying experience.

The assistant, Paul who served us was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient during our time in store and helping us make the correct choice of mattress. He was very attentive but not too pushy regarding what we should choose and allowed us to reach our own decision. He was able to answer all our questions and was not trying to steer us into a purchase just for the sake of it.

Iulia from Salisbury branch was extremely helpful and polite. She helped us pick out the bed we needed and explained all the different options available to us.
