My daughter and I came in to browse mattress and frame options and were immediately greeted by Claire. We really appreciated that she acknowledged us then let us browse before we needed her help making a selection! We never felt like we were being "sold" anything but rather Claire helped us navigate the many options with ease. We really felt looked after and it made me more comfortable making my purchase. Normally I buy online and I was so happy to have someone explain to me what all the mattresses meant!

The store assistant, Kieran, was very friendly and knew all about the products. He was very patient explaining everything and even answered my child’s questions

David was very personable and friendly. after going on the test bed we started to sample mattresses and David was very responsive to how we felt and gave us plenty of time to try out different mattresses and pillows. he changed our ppe a couple of times and used spray appropriately. he was prepared to give us a little discount. we were happy that he was our salesman as it left us with a good experience. the store was very good too
