The salesman was called David he was very polite and attentive. He made us feel welcome and explained the procedure for co-vid. We didn't feel pressured in any way at all, we were offered refreshments which was a sealed bottle of water. We used the PPE provided and we left feeling very satisfied with our purchase.

The lady who was taking us through was absolutely amazing and friendly. we could ask any question she was able to answer. she helped us to find the perfect mattress and bed for us us.
