Having never bought furniture before, David was extremely helpful and reassuring to me as he showed us the items I had picked out online. He was very helpful with my questions and concerned about our health and safety, making sure we were supplied the correct PPE to try out the furniture. He let us try out the very impressive SleepMatch machine and showed us the perfect mattress for our price range. He was very welcoming and friendly, offering us some water on a very hot day as we entered the shop! Payment was easy and everything was explained to us very clearly. I was able to pick the day most convenient for delivery. Very happy with my experience here, thank you!
