Our good experience was due entirely to the lady who assisted us - Claire. She was friendly without being overly familiar. But most importantly, she knew her stuff and was able to guide us to the right selection to chose from without us having to try every single bed in the shop. The price was the same as most other places and we could have gone home and ordered the same model on line for a little less but the quality of service swayed us.

Kieran was extremely helpful and I couldn't have asked for better service. I was not able to choose either of the two colours I would have liked so opted for a third choice, which was a shame but given present circumstances is completely understandable. That was my second visit to your store and both times the service has been great.
