I was quickly asked if I needed help, which I did. The person who helped me made sure he understood what I was looking for. I was able to try out different mattresses until I found one I was comfortable on, within my budget. I had already decided I wanted a 2 drawer small double divan base, and I was able to choose a headboard to complete the order. He then explained the process of ordering the bed, and delivery dates. Throughout the process the Sales Assistant was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I did not feel pressured or rushed in any way.

The lady who assisted with our purchase was extremely helpful, very friendly and knowledgeable, she took the time to listen to what we both wanted and showed us a variety of mattresses' and pillows to suit our needs. the whole process was quick and efficient and we left excited about our new purchases. I would definitely recommend the Salisbury store based on our experience and will not hesitate to re-visit the next time we require a new bed/mattress or pillows.
