I was quickly asked if I needed help, which I did. The person who helped me made sure he understood what I was looking for. I was able to try out different mattresses until I found one I was comfortable on, within my budget. I had already decided I wanted a 2 drawer small double divan base, and I was able to choose a headboard to complete the order. He then explained the process of ordering the bed, and delivery dates. Throughout the process the Sales Assistant was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I did not feel pressured or rushed in any way.
