We had a loverly member of staff called Lisa. She gave us a loverly warm welcome when we arrived and did everything to help us. She explained she was new but she did amazing. She found eventing we where after and mentioned to us about the mattresses with 2 different tensions in one. A colleague of her i believe his name was Kiran. He helped Lisa and explained they had an explained they had an ex display. Which was incredible. It was perfect. Thank you Lisa for all your help

Kieran was brilliant with my over excited six year old . He engaged him in conversation well me and my husband talked about which beds and mattress we preferred . He spent a lot of time talking about the different mattress and toppers and amount of springs in the mattresses which again my son loved. Kieran was friendly knowledgable gaged our needs and excelled. He quickly went through every we needed to order the bed making sure we understood what the insurances covered , and allowed for us to return to complete the rest of the paper work allowing us to pick our other son up on time.
