Dreams - Salisbury

I was in a state...kittens had soaked son’s mattress in dismay at him being away. I rang and had a very calm and helpful and understanding David on the line. I couldn’t decide what to do, collect or deliver, take old mattress to tip or Dreams remove..I phoned three times!he found my original order and was able to tell me he had an identical mattress in stock.that was brilliant, I didn’t have to try and find out what our mattress was. I went and collected it, v impressed with Covid distancing etc. David told me about insurance and waterproof cover, so I had both. V v grateful for all his calm and friendly help and advice.thank you.

Kieran was incredibly helpful and friendly and made the entire experience really fun and informative! I now know a lot more about mattresses and am subsequently confident I made the right choice!

From the moment we walked into the store we were greeted with how can we help. I explained exactly what we were shopping for only a mattress at no point were we shown anything other than what we wanted. the assistant was excellent very knowledgeable and we were not rushed to make any decisions the service we had was top drawer 😀 you exceeded my expectations completely. So much so I urged my mother who is looking for an new bed to visit the store. It was so refreshing to actually get what we wanted and at a great price. Well done dreams this is what dreams are made of .
