Staff were friendly and helpful, we used the dream bed sleep matcher thing, and we found a mattress that we both liked, even if a little on the expensive side, but I do get 10% defence discount which helps

Right from when we first entered the store, we weren't bombarded with with staff asking if we needed anything, we were left to have a look around the store at our own leisure. Kiera, who was quite new to the job, was very informative and helpful and had a lot of knowledge on the products and took us through the everything without overwhelming us with technology. We were then left to discuss privately until we came to a decision. Very professional.
