I was in a very bad predicament, in so far as my elderly mother had a bad fall last week. I had to urgently source a bed by Saturday 5 December for fitting out a downstairs temporary sleeping area. I rang Dreams at 9.30am on Wednesday 2 December (first day open after lockdown 2). I spoke with David, who was very kind and helpful on the phone. The single divan I would have wanted was not available until next week. David did suggest as a possibility that there was 'guest bed' (display model) as a possibility in view of the urgency of the order. I went straight in to the Salisbury store and by 11am I had purchased a very good solution for my problem. I was able to take 2 mattresses away in the car on the day, plus mattress protectors as part of the extended warranty. Free delivery has been arranged for Saturday. I think David was my guardian angel that day. I am hugely grateful for a fantastic solution to my problem from Dreams.

It was my second time visiting the store with my wife and the lady who served was so helpful from helping us make the right choice for the right price. I have recommended the Salisbury store to my colleague at work.

Staff were friendly and helpful, we used the dream bed sleep matcher thing, and we found a mattress that we both liked, even if a little on the expensive side, but I do get 10% defence discount which helps
