Dreams - Salisbury

The person serving us was new and due to lockdowns hadn't had many customers in to practice on and complete her training. Lisa (Scottish lady) did incredibly well and would ask the other team members if we posed a question she wasn't sure on. The store manager was great too, she could easily have taken over to speed things up but didn't and thanked us several times for being polite and allowing Lisa to learn on the job, for instance she had never fully completed the finance application as you need a live customer to do this. Overall really impressed with the store and staff.

David was very attentive and helpful. He greeted us as soon as we walked in the store and explained the social distancing and sanitising. He listened to our requirements and helped us find the best mattress for both of us.

The member of staff was extremely helpful and was understanding of my needs and offered fair and honest advice on what would be best to suit them.

I was greeted immediately by Joanne and she clearly explained the safety protocols and the test bed. She was really great taking me around the bed options and explaining them to me. She offered me a drink and was very knowledgeable and helpful discussing my options and placing my order.
