Dreams - Salisbury

As soon as we got through the door we were greeted and asked how they could help us. The gentleman then took us over to the bed that tells you how you sleep and what mattress would suit us. And then went through the mattresses that would be good for us.

Lulia and Paul were both very helpful and knowledgeable. We were quickly assisted and offered hand snitiser at the store entrance. Paul was quick to show us to the sleep matcher and after this Lulia was great with showing us to different mattresses to suit our needs. When placing our order we were fully informed of all our payment options and were offered a refreshment.

David was extremely helpful knowledgeable and professional and did not rush us

This was a pleasant shopping . The charming girl was very knowledgeable and helpful. She is a fantastic seller(I bought “a not plan”!hearboard”) but it make sense of course.

The lady that helped us was very polite, friendly and helpful. She showed a variety of mattresses to us that met our needs and stayed in or around my budget

We went in store to find a mattress for our 15 year old son, the store staff member we dealt with had only joined the team 4 days before Christmas, but was utterly brilliant. As soon as we said the mattress was for our son all conversation was directed at our son, every step of the sleep/bed test was explained. The staff member really made our visit easy, even noticing quickly when a suggested mattress didn’t make our son as comfortable as he could be when testing them. The ordering & purchase was easy and the delivery date was convenient. We will definitely be back in store later this year to buy a new bed for ourselves!
