From the minute I walked in the store I was made welcome and felt really comfortable from the first minute till the last and all the staff where brillant and no question was a hindrance to any of them. All the staff in the store are a credit to Dreams

Greated as soon as we entered the store by a very friendly member of staff and offered a drink. We used the sleep matcher so no time wasted looking at mattresses that would suit us. Everything was cleaned before and after we used it. Once we had chosen what we wanted, we were shown a number of payment options and we did not feel under pressure to do anything.

Met at door. Knew what I was talking about. Explained a product and how to use it. Allowed me with protection to try product and then gave me time to think about it. He then came back and asked me if I had any more questions. He then showed me other products related to the bed including products on line that were not in the shop. Very polite, very helpful. He had a very kind and understating approach. I felt very comfortable with him and everything was completely very efficiently.

From walking into the store we felt we were in a safe and COVID secure environment. The store assistant was knowledgeable and attentive at all times. The only annoying part of the experience was the upselling with additional financial services like extended warranty. A good experience which led to a purchase.

The gentleman who assisted us, (I believe his name is Paul), greeted us at the door, was extremely friendly and courteous. He expalined the fact that he was new to the industry, but was still very knowledeable and if he did need help then he would ask someone rather thanb try to pull the wool over my eyes. This meant that the whole experience was fluid and hassle free.

Staff very attentive and knowledgable satisfied with my choice with the help of the staff.
