Treated wonderfully as soon as we entered the store. Made our trip to buy a mattress most easy and enjoyable.

We were approached by Lisa as we entered and were thanked straight away for using the hand sanitizer. The social distancing measures that were put in place were fully explained to us. Lisa asked what we were interested in and when informed dealt with my son directly but ensured that his mum and I were involved in all discussions. After trying out the computer bed and receiving a print out of the results, Lisa explained what happens next and interacted with us in a polite, courteous and knowledgable manner which resulted in us finding the perfect mattress for my son. The store manager dealt with our order as Lisa had other customers to deal with and he too was extremely helpful. All in all, a very good experience and all involved were a credit to the company. Thank you.

From the moment we entered the store Paul introduced himself to my husband and myself, he asked us questions on what we were looking for and how he could help us.We found Paul extremely helpful and knowledgeable his customer service was most excellent.

Our safety was shown to be important, we received assistance as soon as we entered the store and the assistant was knowledgeable and helpful but also took time to understand what we wanted.

We were greeted as soon as we arrived. We were made to feel very welcome and not rushed choosing what we wanted. There were very satisfactory safety procedures. We were offered a bottle of water and hot refreshments. Everything was explained and we were asked if we understood everything and that we were happy before we completed the purchase. We certainly would return if we require any other products.

David was extremely helpful, a real gentleman, and thought of everything, even down to the type of bed we have at home (as we were only purchasing a mattress) and how this would work with the mattress we wanted. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the store and how Dreams had adapted to all the Covid restrictions.

Friendly and greeted when we entered the store. The lady explained we should use the sleep machine but as it was being used we will comeback to it once free. Lots of knowledge, printer wasn’t working but actually it’s better having all documents by email. Good strong sturdy products but having not bought a matress for a long time seemed quite expensive but hopefully that will reflect and we will have better sleep.

The assistant Lisa that look after us was very attentive. Especially towards my disability daughter, she knew the products well.

David explained everything clearly and concisely. Professional, friendly service. High quality products.
