Greeted by a very friendly and engaging assistant Iulia in Salisbury Dreams. She explained the testing bed and we were made to feel very comfortable about using it. She was wearing a mask and gave us paper covers for use with the pillows. Iulia then clearly explained the results and quickly showed us to the selected options of mattresses. She offered us drinks and understood when we needed to be left alone to ponder the choices. Iulia had an excellent manner for looking after and engaging customers; ten out of ten customer service! Many thanks to her!

It was down to the sales person, he welcomed us as soon as we walked through the door and stayed with us until bought our bed. We were very satisfied with help and assistance.

Paul was extremely helpful and listened to our needs and requirements. He went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied and happy. Also the Sleep Match bed is extremely good and helps narrow down the number of beds you try out. A very clever invention.

As soon as we entered through the door we were greeted by the store assistant Jo and offered help. We were taken straight to the testing machine to determine what mattress would best suit us and given a good list to choose from. Jo was very attentive and thoroughly explained the benefits of the individual mattresses we looked at. We didn't feel pressured at all to go over our budget but were shown mattresses that were close above and below our budget to make a choice. Finally we decided to go above our budget because of having the time and space to make the decision. Overall a thoroughly pleasant experience and extremely satisfied with the purchased.
