Dreams - Salisbury

I used the sleep match bed and then Paul did a great job of showing me different beds and talking me through the differences. I never felt under pressure to buy or to spend more than I wanted to but instead felt like I was listened to and guided towards a bed that suited my needs.

The staff were very attentive and helpful,even though they were in the middle of their annual stocktake!

We arrived just before closing time but Joanna was happy to continue to serve us past closing time

I was made very welcome the minute I entered the store even though the two sales persons were very busy with other customers. I was offered a bottle of water whilst I waited as it was a very hot day. Whilst I waited I was given a pillow with a covering protection so that I could walk around the store at leisure and try the different types of mattresses.

Lisa and Dave? Were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Lisa met us at the door and offered assistance then took us on a tour of suitable products, as identified by our session on the sleep Match. After we identified our selection we were presented with prices across the range and given accessory options. All this was done with a wonderful atmosphere and a few chuckles. All questions were answered Great service.

Mostly because of the sales assistant - Joanne - in the Salisbury store. She was calm, respectful, knowledgeable and didn't pressure us. Also very patient when we couldn't make up our minds! We both thought she was outstanding. Liked the automatic sensor thing at the beginning too.

Initially I was confused by the gentleman assisting me when I first went in, I felt like he was unknowingly not interested in helping me I asked him to leave me to browse the store, the a lady came over and if I was ok? I thought that was kind of her so I explained my dilemma and she listened and gave me the options that was suitable for my requirements she was very very patient and knowledgeable

Met by David on entry to the store. Very pleasant personality handled our visit well.
