The help I received in choosing the mattress was excellent, polite and very professional. I'd been having trouble sleeping, I found my memory mattress too soft and I was waking up feeling very achey. After trying out the mattress selector in store it seems I need a firmer mattress. The lady instore helped me select a lovely mattress to suit me within my budget. Such excellent service. Also when delivered the men were so polite and helpful I was so impressed.

Julia was a most attentive, friendly yet professional sales person. Her knowledge of product was first class, she was personable, and quickly steered us in the direction of a painless sale!

The sales lady was very welcoming & helped me with choosing mattress the right size & it was on offer. She was very knowledgeable polite & personable & made the whole experience a pleasant one

I entered the store and was immediately met by an assistant. Although I had bought a mattress approx 2 years ago from there, I was advised to use a computer system to choose my mattress, which I had never used before. I duly did this and a list of suitable mattresses came up. We quickly narrowed this down and Mrs Moncur showed me the first. I tried one more and after advice from Mrs Moncur went with the first. The shop was quiet but I felt that her attention was on me .
