Dreams - Salisbury

The friendly approach of salesman and his knowledge and experience of the product we were seeking. We were not put under any pressure at all, our visit to Dreams was made all that better by Paul.

Everything went smoothly - customer service was excellent

There was so much on offer and we were given plenty of time to make our choice.

We visited Dream’s in Salisbury with my father in law who is 95. Both he and my wife and I needed to purchase new mattresses respectively. We were assisted by Lisa who was a new member of staff. She was very open and honest about the products and patiently led us through the very varied range of choices. Lisa was courteous, polite and very considerate to us all. She is a credit to the store. Please pass on our thanks.

The young lady who served me was polite, patient and very knowledgeable about the products. She understood my needs and took time and effort to ensure they were fulfilled. There was a good choice of beds and mattresses and I also used the bed tester to get a list of those most suitable for me. I was not rushed or pressured and came away very happy with my purchases. Assistants like this are a rare find in today's world.

I called my local Dreams store as I was desperate for a double bed at short notice. Jo, the lady who took my call could not have been more helpful, she found an ex-display bed and offered it to me for a really good price. We were able to pick up the bed within an hour of making the call. I was absolutely thrilled with the bed and the service I received.
