Dreams - Salisbury

The Salisbury branch were so helpfully in finding what we needed and the perfect mattress for both of us who both suffer with back problems. Also very accomadating with my 3 year old daughter. We visited on the hottest day of the year and were supplied with cold water which was nice and refreshing while looking at the beds

Very friendly staff, Joanne and the other sales assistant lady (can't remember her name but Joanne knows) very friendly, very helpful and very kind and considerate towards my needs

I went in knowing what I wanted and the assistant led me straight to what I had seen on line so I could check I was happy. It was a very quick and easy process. The assistant was attentive to what I asked and the whole process was smooth, quick and efficient. Also enjoyed the chat with the assistant.

Being a typical grumpy bloke out for a Saturday morning shopping trip, I wasn’t especially looking forward to the prospect of bed shopping, nor was particularly relishing the though of being on the receiving end of a sales pitch from anyone more cheerful than me (basically anyone at that moment)… However! Kudos and sincere thanks for David for his outstanding support. - Friendly/ Cheerful greeting? Check. - Gave us space and time when i skulked about initially? Check. - Offered water/demo of comfort test bed (which I struggled not to behave like a child whilst laying on? Check. - Talked us through the options of mattresses best suited to us with a high degree of product knowledge? Check. - Didn’t ask me to leave when I made standard terrible jokes about there being enough space under bed to store children? Check. Top stuff.

Nothing was too much trouble for the sales assistants - who were very knowledgeable

I was met immediately on entering the store and my order was placed swiftly.

We were dealt with by a lady who could not be more helpful and friendly and felt relaxed straight away, excellent service.

From the moment we entered the store Iuilia Mirela was excellent. She was not only warm and welcoming but highly knowledgeable and took the time to listen to our needs ( we were purchasing 3beds) and recommend we try out a few beds initially before putting us on the analyser. She then patiently let us try what we wanted and listened to the feedback to allow us to come up with the perfect beds for us. She then offered us refreshment and helped us through all the buying and delivery options. We were in the store for over an hour but it was such a pleasant buying experience that it did not seem anywhere near that long. I have to say we were provided with the best customer service I have ever been shown. Bravo Dreams and Bravo Iulia - outstanding !
