I felt comfortable with the COVID safety measures in store. I could not find exactly what I wanted but ordered an electric bed which I found very comfortable. The store assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgable.

Lisa welcomed us and was so excellent at helping u work out what we needed that we couldn’t in all fairness go anywhere else. She wasn’t pushy; she listened and advised and was soooo patient. Most of all she completely understood and empathised with my daughter and her hip pain, and genuinely wanted to make sure she chose the right mattress for her. Although it was considerably more than I had planned on paying it feels worth it. (Not that the mattress is here yet- not due until 10th August) It’s been many years since I’ve experienced customer service like we received at Dreams in Salisbury and I’ll admit I wasn’t expecting it.
