Dreams - Salisbury

Delighted with our experience visiting Dreams and placing an order for a new bed. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and we came away from the store feeling pleased with the selection of beds offered to us. The branch in Salisbury was convenient for parking and staff welcoming the minute we walked in. Paul, your Assistant, took great pains finding out our requirement and seeing we were satisfied with our choice. He did not pressurise us in any way and let us take our time in selecting the bed that suited us. Very good experience all round

The lady who served up was not only knowledgeable and professional but as my two children were being devils to put it in the nicest way, she was so considerate, patient, and just plain kind. Would rate her 10 out of 10 easy.

The young lady took time and was very patient with our requirements. She had a delightful manner and knew the products well so was able to match our needs . We are hoping, when our new mattress arrives we will be equally satisfied.

when i went into the store we approached by a lady called Joanne to ask if we needed any help, she then helped us to look for the bed and then assisted use with the sale

I am over 80 and assistant was patient and concerned for my welfare. Everything was clearly explained and no pressure to buy a particular item was given. I had purchased a bed on line previously, from another company, and not happy with the outcome so I was was hesitant about visiting the shop but came out reassured and happy with my experience and my purchase. The technical assessment and ability to try out mattresses was invaluable.

David was absolutely wonderful. He was so kind and generous with his knowledge and time. His manner is well suited to his role and I hope his professionalism is recognised by this company. He is truly an asset.

Steve was brilliant helped me pick a bed for my son and kept my boy involved the whole time he’s only 5 so it was very much appreciated.
