I am disabled and have no other choice than to order over the phone rather than online. This was made very easy and simple with David. Would recommend to others if asked. Thankyou :)

Paul the member of staff dealing with us was, friendly, knowledgeable and considerate of our needs not just of the product he was selling. He explained the whole system of choosing our product clearly making sure we, himself and other members of staff were being protected during these strange covid times.

The colleague who looked after us was friendly but not over the top. He gave the impression that he had all the time in the world to look after us. He let us take our time trying out different products. Although we both spent a great deal more than we were planning, there was no 'hard sell.' It was nice to be given coffee at the start of our visit.

We (a friend & I) were met as we arrived by David, who was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was not rushed. He listened to my needs for a new mattress. David showed me the mattress in the sale I'd seen online. We were offered a nice coffee. I was introduced to the sleep diagnostic test bed which was very helpful. David took me to try all the suggested mattresses. The one in the sale was not as supportive or comfortable as one of the suggested ones from the test. David was very knowledgable as to how the test was able to find a good supportive mattress. He gave me space and time to decide. He also found a good pillow for me and a good package for my mattress including the insurance and a free mattress cover & pillow. I felt relaxed all the time I was there and the shopping experience was excellent. I spent more on a mattress than I'd meant to but I think it will be money well spent because I will sleep better. I am looking forward to my mattress being delivered.

When walking into store Paul was very welcoming and greeted us and treated us amazing and felt real comfortable and happy in his company. Gave us all his time and understanding and helped us big time. One happy customer and would highly recommend using your store again and tell people to shop in your store

The store assistance lisa was great. She was tentative to our needs and understood what we needed. She only recently completed her training and she done a great job towards helping me and my girlfriend choose the correct bed for us. Highly satisfied customers. David the store assistant was extremely pleasant and very helpful. He asked us lots of questions and was very knowledgeable about all the products. He was very conscious about our health &safety too.
