Dreams - Salisbury

My partner and I came into the Salisbury branch of dreams and spoke to a lady called Lisa, she was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, not pushy at all and spent a lot of time with us. We actually never purchased anything on the day as we wanted to go away and think about it but I called back later and purchased a bed over the phone. The lady on the phone was also incredibly helpful. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service from either of the people we dealt with.

Lisa was fantastic. From the minute we entered the store we were greeted and as we didn’t have too much knowledge of what we were looking for in a mattress, Lisa instantly advised us to use the machine and took us to each recommended mattress, as well as describing the differences of each. All of the recommended mattresses were suitable and after being given a pillow each, myself and my partner were able to quickly decide on our preferred mattress type. As we had a slightly complex requirement where we didn’t require delivery of the mattress for 5+ months, Lisa and her colleague David were very helpful in meeting these requirements despite the system being unable to enter a delivery date this far in advance. We were offered a drink and were given complementary pillows which was extremely kind, as well as we were given a free mattress topper as we purchased the 8 year warranty. And despite the toppers weren’t in stock, Lisa and David again were extremely helpful and advised us to give them a call in the next couple of weeks to organise collection of the mattress topper when they are back in stock. 10/10 customer service and we’ll definitely be returning! Thank you Lisa and David!

Salisbury store are very friendly & nothing was to much trouble even down to the lovely coffee & I'm fussy. Lulia-Mirela was very friendly & very helpful which helped me as this was my first time at dreams & very good customer service. To using bed machine, trying the mattress thank you so much.

I was treated with the utmost respect. All options to suit my needs were shewn to me and I was not rushed into making a decision. I was even given a cup of coffee while the paper work was being completed.
