We were not sure what type of mattress we wanted but the very able and amiable assistant guided us expertly with no high sales pressure

A very friendly and knowledgeable sales assistant took us smoothly through the process of selecting a mattress that was suitable for our needs. We were able to try them all out and take the time to make our decision. We didn't feel hassled or stressed, it was all very pleasant and straightforward.

Very helpful and cheerful staff. Gave full attention and excellent advice, got us a great deal whilst listening to everything that we needed. Would recommend the Salisbury store

I used the sailsbury branch and I believe I dealt with a lady called Joe and she could not have been any more helpful.she needs to be reckonised as a top employee answered all my questions in very good detail and very clearly

The assistant was great, sorry I can’t remember her name. She didn’t rush us. She let us make our own decisions, we didn’t feel pressured. Offered drinks etc. Would recommend.

I was tested on one of your machines for which mattress would suit me best. It was easily done and produced sensible results. It was all part of a good experience.
