Dreams - Salisbury

We had someone to guide us through how to choose a mattress, what the results from the machine meant and what we both needed to look for, to ensure a comfortable mattress for both sides of a couple. The person helping us was friendly, honest and knowledgable about the products. She explained why different mattresses suit different people and really listened to what we wanted/needed. The ordering process was really quick and delivery times a lot quicker than expected.

Lisa was lovely as where the rest of the staff, enjoyed the sleep machine. There was no pressure to buy and while we are not quite ready to order we will be back. Thanks

Joanne at the Salisbury store was excellent, she helped us through every stage of our purchase, ensured that we were happy with our choice and did not rush us in any way and myself and my partner left happy and excited to receive our purchase. Furthermore, her colleague Julia left us with even more confidence in our purchase.

We started the process of ordering a tv bed and mattress, given the free pillows, just about to take payment when computer said no longer available. Absolutely gutted. Received email last week saying can now purchase bed but delivery going to be jan/feb🙈🙈. Decided to return to store and order a different bed but same mattress. Was upset that no longer got the pillows for free!! 😡

David was very helpful indeed and was patient and not ‘a pushy’ sales person. He gave us plenty of time and options to pay for our items and he explained all the products etc thoroughly and was easy to understand. The shop was clean and calm and we were very impressed with the whole experience. Before we came into the shop, we were going to order online, and I’m so glad we didn’t. David and the rest of the team were polite and friendly. They really are a credit to your company. We can’t wait for our new mattress to come and would certainly recommend you.

Paul was fantastic and made the whole process extremely easy. He guided us through the store, showing us a wide-ranging but tailored selection of mattresses and helped to identify what we wanted based on our feedback.

The sales girl (Lisa) was lovely, friendly and very helpful. She even gave us a couple of bottles of water! A gentleman also was of help in showing us how to assemble the bed.

The rep who served me was very pleasant well presented and knew the product.
