The salesman, I believe it was a Welshman called Paul, was simply fantastic. He was charming, knew his products and was very engaging with my daughter. Just lovely to deal with and a credit to your business.

Friendly and knowledgeable assistant who listened well to our needs and answered all questions. Exceeded expectations.

Sales Assistant was attentive without being 'pushy'. She made certain we had written quotations which allowed us to consider other retailers. She did not make us feel rushed or pressured into making an immediate decision.
