The sales assistant at the Salisbury store (sorry, I don't have his name - a young chap) was very courteous and helpful. He spent some time finding out our needs and even made us a cup of tea whilst we were waiting for our son and his partner to arrive and see the bed that they were after. I could not fault him - very pleasant chat and keen to help us

The young man serving us was most helpful and very sympathetic to my wife's disability,we ran through the mattress compatibility to find the best for us,let us try a few, when we decided he arranged the purchase and delivery. Impressed with the service.
