Yes clean store, I felt very safe and had helpful staff

As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Paul and he looked after us very well. He was knowledgeable and very helpful but not "pushy" at all. He may not have been at this store for long but he was very clued up on all the products.

Lisa the young lady that attended to our needs was very helpful, gave us very clear information of the product we were looking for, took us through everything regarding payment cheerfully, not pushy and personable. The store could do with some sort of lighting to brighten up the front window which faces the main road as this is their window on the world and it does not look as if the store is open.

Lisa served me and she took the time to explain every type of bed and mattress, she attended to my every need and she was very patient and extremely knowledgeable about the products. She was very friendly and polite

The assistant was very good and attentive, he adhered very well to social distancing rules. Overall a very pleasant experience!!

From the moment we walked in, Lisa was very helpful and listened to our needs. We took up the offer of ‘Stacey’ matching us with our mattress and Lisa showed us all the suggested mattresses and explained the differences. We came away with one we are confident we will enjoy

The assistant was incredibly helpful and so knowledgeable. She had lots of time to find out what my requirements were and spent a lot of time suggesting which products might be suitable.

Assistant very knowledgeable about the product, who listened carefully to me and understood my skeleton's needs well. She never hurried me and remembered all my reactions to products. Her want to sell me other products was rather more persistent than I'd expected once the mattress was chosen. Fortunately I'm able to cope but wonder if some customers get irritated. Form filling well explained and a friendly conclusion. The vast number of products felt overwhelming as I walked into the store but the technical method of listing suitable mattresses was a huge help. I left feeling confident I'd made the right choice.

I was highly satisfied with the help that I received from Joanne in the store. I had telephoned prior to visiting and was pleased to talk to Jo about my requirements. When I arrived in the store Jo had my details and was quickly able to show us the items I was interested in. Jo was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful and spent a considerable time making sure my husband and I had seen all the options before the purchase of a new bed was agreed. She never made us feel hurried or pressured. Jo was excellent!

Staff member Paul @ Salusbury store took time to listen to our needs, put us on your magic bed to see which ratings would be suited to us. Then show us a selection to try and make a final choice on. All with good humour and politeness and no pressure.
