Dreams - Salisbury

We were served by Iulia at Salisbury, she was extremely knowledgeable and couldn't do enough to help us with our bed purchase. We were provided with refreshments as well and could have taken all day to make our decision.

Offered at one price, settled in full then later told over the phone that I couldn't have it at that price. Had to pay more. Cancelled order.Store still had sale price on items which had finished. False advertising. VERY UNHAPPY

I was shown a bed which was supposed to be very similar to Westland D mattress. firmness. When the bed was delivered it was clearly not a medium firm mattress. I arranged a "comfort exchange" and agreed in writing with the store manager that there would be no delivery charge. I then receive a call from the Bristol Branch manager who tells me there will be a delivery charge! I then spend an hour on the phone with customer services (Gavin Clarke) who was very helpful, but then discovered that the replacement could not be delivered until 22 Feb. Absoloutley disgraceful service from your Salisbury store - the manager should be fired!
