Dreams - Salisbury

I think a shop as big as this should have items for sale in the store. Did not appreciate having to drive all the way to Andover for a mattress. If the delivery charge had not been so big (£39.99?) probably would have had it delivered but that is an excessive amount.

I was NOT satisfied with the in store experience. Simply because the Man and the lady I met at the store were somehow mean and rude to me and my wife. They were calling us greedy because we made an offer they didn't like. And the lady was not smiling at all. She had a frowning 🙁 face the whole time we were there. I think she needs to learn how to deal with customers who are asking for price reduction better and politely, without sounding rude or mean like she did. All that made me cancel the order I placed in less than 24hours.

I was asked to speak to customer service but the number provided is one that is NEVER answered and hence I STILL remain in wait for a resolution.

Staff in store seemed to be having a disagreement. Phone rang twice during my order being placed and there was visible and audible disagreement between staff. Assistant placed order electronically without asking us about a suitable delivery date just booked next available even though we had already said we weren't available. Then had to book delivery date using desk calendar as locked out of computer and offered date which we accepted. Work absence arranged only to be called 24 hours later to be told "between us we made a mistake that date is not available" date now rearranged and will have to make new arrangement with work. Very unsatisfactory. Also think paying delivery is unacceptable having paid £1000 for mattresses.

If I am spending money in your store I think its disgusting that you add on for delivery! Rip off.

No printout of order available from store. None sent to email as promised. Still don't know if Dreams ordered what i paid for

Salesperson was very nice indeed but Impression was given that £39 was for delivery and recycling of old mattress. In fact upon received email confirmation it appears that it was double that, maybe a misunderstanding? Nearly £80 is very very expensive for this. Almost 1/3rd of the cost of the mattress! Argos charge £8.95 delivery plus £19.95 recycling. I am still awaiting my refund for the order but I hope this will be organised swiftly.

The prices were marked incorrectly and we had to pay more than shown. In my opinion it wasn't our fault that they marked the prices up wrong so shouldv've been sold as it was seen.

I was very Satisfied with Dreams andDavid that served us was brilliant.

I was satisfied with the whole experience. Shop was quite and very peaceful. We had plenty of time to make decision and weren't rushed at all.
