To be highly satisfied, the staff would have to be outstanding. They were, as a team, helpful and diligent and I have no complaints but the experience was not exceptional.

Only satisfied not highly satisfied due to the lack of baby changing table in store.

I cannot rate highly satisfied with my whole experience as I am yet to have my product delivered to sample at home

When we asked a colleague about a discount ,both colleagues spoke as one. we were only talking to one of them

I did not expect to have to pay a delivery charge and didn't know how inflexible the delivery is. I have to take a whole day off work as you don't do weekends, then on the day you don't advise what time you will deliver until after 10.30. This means that I can't even just have to wait for half a day.

The welding on the metal frame wasn't to a very high standard for a £600 bed and the screws on the wood don't fit properly on 2 of the holes

We had to ask if there was any wooden bed frames as there was no signage to say that there were more beds upstairs.

Colour coding appropriate mattress types really useful, though perhaps better pricing displays saves 'embarrassment'. Surprised at delivery and collection charges are so high.

The price of the mattress was still high even if I understand that we went for a high end mattress I was hoping for better price especially during winter sales period. Also we had to pay for delivery which is advertised as free on your website. Finally, when we will receive our mattress if not entirely convinced we can change it for another one, however if the sales price is not valid anymore we will have to pay the difference, which is not great as at the time of purchase the firmer mattress (that we may consider to change too if the one we chose is not as good for our backs as we hope) was at the same price.

Just needed a little more info about cutting a memory foam mattress I own already ( queen size ) and obtaining a mattress cover for the new cut-down king size - not available.
