Dreams - Salisbury

I first visited your store to enquired about sofa beds, was shown your only example, and was told of competitors who might stock suitable alternatives. I visited them and thought yours most suited my requirements. I looked it up on your website and e-mailed a link to the people most likely to use it. They agreed and said they had seen one at a friends house. I therefore visited you store to find the dimensions & went home to check it would fit where I intend to put it. As it did I returned to your store and placed my order. So far I am Highly Satisfied. If the delivery lives up to what I have been told and the bed is as good as I expect then I wll still be Highly Satisfied.

The staff were very helpful but I found the range was more expensive than I expected.

Never highly satisfied with the price of any product!.. but it was acceptable. Otherwise all was very good

Availability of product. 2 week delivery time.

I was extremely disappointed not to be given the normal discount, in kind, for the £6,000 I spent just because my order contained a certain item that apparently prevented this. Not a good sales point????

The delivery date we were given first we were happy with them when we paid that date was no longer avalible and now have to were another 3 weeks

Satisfied is good enough. We were buying a mattress not a yacht

the product I saw advertised on the website was not available at store.

I wanted the grey bed, but was told it was not in the sale, only blue in sale as being discontinued.

Unfortunately there were several people/customers with children that were not being kept under control. This only adds extra stress to an already difficult decision
