We found the whole experience friendly, and the staff knowledgeable and very efficient. What's not to like?

The service was exemplary and I was satisfied.

I would have likes a better price!!! had looked on the internet and found lots better value BUT I do notlike buying off internet due to worrying about my card details.

We were highly satisfied with the staff but no company can have a full range of products on display and the bed we really wanted was not there to view.

I wanted to change delivery date and was waiting for a phone call for confirmation. It didn't happen. I rang the next day and it still appears not to have been changed ti the 13th Jan. annoying and unprofessional.

The layout of the store wasn't the most logical trying to find beds of different varieties was easier enough but trying to identify different firmness ratings wasn't.

Generally I was happy with the shop and service.

Sorry it takes someone very special to get a highly satisfied, the service was fine but not extraordinary

Delivery and old bed disposal costs seemed excessively high
