The store was not capable of accepting Apple Pay, so I had to drive home to get my wallet and come back. Other than that, everything was fine.

no reason we were satisfied with our experience

I was satisfied but some of the price reductions were harder to find, external adverts made it look like a big sale was on with up to 50% off but in reality it was just a few matresses. Still satisfied anyway.

Price of the mattress purchased.

I was not able to see the bed frame I was buying. The frame was made in 2 colours and I would be happier to see the colour on the frame. Because you assistant was knowledgable She was able to answer my questions. I felt I had to be careful what I wanted to check as I could not see the bed frame. I was buying a small double and would have liked to see on again to check I had made the right choice. I should add your showroom was big enough to have included more than 2 frame beds. Luckily your assistant Joanne as helpful and knowledgable

A slight error in the order and consequently a week's delay in delivery.

have nothing else to compare it to and always believe there is room for improvement. whilst the ability to book a delivery is good the logistics are sadly lacking, ie live around the corner from the shop and got the last delivery, not good for fuel consumption is it to carry the heaviest load for most of the day? not made clear that we would be doing a self assembly, as both suffer from arthritis of the spine would have been better to have had advance warning.

"Highly satisfied" is the highest rating you have, and who gives the highest rating for anything? everything can be improved...

There is an element of entering a big warehouse and staff located half way down the store.
