Dreams - Salisbury

I was initially greeted by a junior team member who wasn’t especially enthusiastic about making a sale and she didn’t have a very good knowledge about the sofabed or the assembly that would be required. I then spoke with Joanne who was very helpful with strong customer service skills. Unfortunately Joanne didn’t get the credit for the sale as she said that it would be fairer for the more junior employee to get the credit for the sale as she greeted me first.

I was quite happy wth all aspects of my purchase of a new mattress through the Dreams Salisbury branch.

Male member of staff had no product at all and had no motivation to find out

The only reason being that Dreams was no better than the other 2 or 3 retail outlets we had been looking at, they were all good but Dreams did not stand out as being any better.

Whilst our assistant who served us was very friendly and helpful,there were only two staff members in the shop so there was quite a bit of hanging around waiting for someone to be free

It takes an awful lot for me to put highly satisfied as an answer! The help that we had from Helen at first, and Joanna on the day of the sale, in the Salisbury store was first rate, product knowledge, approach, and understanding all very good.

It seemed a little too dark in the store.

I ordered the Shaw solid acacia bed after seeing it online. I would have liked to view it in store but the store didn't have it.

I was highly satisfied I've checked my responses.
