I feel it needs to be over and above to rate Highly Satisfied as although though .we were treated with respect and politeness by staff at all times who knew their products I feel satisfied to be fair

The only reason I was left not highly satisfied was because of the delivery date being a lot later than I anticipated as the item is out of stock.

30days seems a long time to wait if I ordered direct from tempura they offer 7 day wait!

Having to wait 30 days for delivery of standard mattress and a sale bed is not really acceptable. If I knew what the delivery wait would have been I would not have placed the order. I'm certain I could have got items online direct from tempur quicker than delivery time I have been given. Better delivery wait needed dreams. Amazon and John Lewis can do it!

I was originally quoted the 11th May for delivery, but then I get a phone call to say it will be the 17th May! You took the full payment of nearly £2000 immediately, but no mention of any recompense for late delivery!

The bed I wanted was not stocked in store so I could not look at it before hand Not happy that I have to wait up to 7 weeks for the bed The member of staff did her best to help me and explain about the bed but as she had never seen it before she could not help me anymore than what online had already said Over all items a bit pricey as I have not seen the bed yet as I’m still waiting on delivery I cannot comment on if the quality is worth the price of it The mattress in shop I saw was nice sales assistant was a little pushy towards it. I am hoping she is right and it will last longer in the long run than the other one that was cheaper

We got a level of service that we would have expected. There was a good range of mattresses to chose from and they were well explained by the assistant. The buying process was smooth and easy. That rates as satisfactory to me.

Staff were very friendly , good knowledge base, not pushy as we have experienced at other stores, hence why we chose to shop at Dreams, and i could not fault thier customer service. Our only comment would be that there was not enough variety of mattresses on display.

I was purchasing a small double mattress & despite the helpfulness & friendliness of the sales assistant, there were a number of items not available in the size required. I appreciate that you probably sell very few of these but a wider selection would have enabled the "Highly Satisfied" experience you describe. Despite this I still managed to find a suitable product at an agreeable price.
