I was looking for a metal frame bed specifically and there was only one available to see in the showroom

Confusing process why the product was not available on initial visit to store, with no means of letting me know when it would be available, then several hours later remarkably available to order online but at a different price from in store. Explained that products come and go out of stock by the hour!

Highly satisfied equates to perfection and very little reaches that standard. Overall this was very - but not highly - satisfying. Overall, staff were great, interested, knowledgeable and friendly, store was well laid out and clean, ordering was easy and quick. Obviously I would always like things cheaper!

they found it very difficult to add to my order even though it was the staff that missed the item off my order

Prices of bed and mattress is extortionate
