The assistant was alone on the floor She can only really deal with one person at a time, but was doing her best

I chose bedroom furniture online and came instore to view it. There were any pieces in the range in the store. I ordered it anyway with the salesperson using her computer. There weren't images or diagrams available for all of the products so I'm unsure as to what the corner wardrobe looks like, where the shelves are, if there's lighting etc (Lulia did phone Poole store to confirm but we were just taking his word for it).

We had seen tv ad for mattresses in sale 60% off which attracted us to the store but were not shown any of those items only ones with 20% off

I didnot order a pillow but the sales guy put one in the car so i assumed it was a free gift for for duying the bed and mattress.Iam 84 yrs old and feel i have been mugged.

Although lovely, the sales assistant was trying to sell us a more expensive mattress than what was on display on the bed.

It is difficult to rate anything at the top level when we haven't even received the goods yet. Also, having undertaken some internet research before my visit, I am aware that there are companies which have a greater range of beds and prices. Whilst I am very pleased with our purchase (so far!) I cannot be confident that we have received the best produce / price combination. However, the convenience of the store and facility of having our old bed removed balances that and we were very happy with the service received. Thank you.

From a supplier as large as dreams the availability of delivery of a produce should be a great deal less than two weeks

Wasn’t much as choice on bed frames as we hoped! But overall customer service was excellent.

It was a pleasure, to have a trainee shop assistant, who we could see was under the watchful eye of a very delightful female manager. The young gentleman (Kirian) allowed us to ask questions regarding the quality of the bed we was interested in, and was able to answer all our questions and no time during our interaction with him was in any way pushy.

I felt that our assistant didn’t really listen to our needs at first. She seemed intent in selling us a new mattress for our own bed when we wanted two single mattresses for our guest bedroom. She was very helpful in the end when she got the point.
