Dreams - Salisbury

I was very satisfied with my experience. David at the Salisbury store was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had seen a couple of mattresses on Which? online which I thought were sold at Dreams but they weren't at the Salisbury store. I was also looking for a superking wooden storage bed but it didn't exist in Salisbury.

There were quite a few pillows that were not available. Other than than, the visit was excellent, and Kieran could not have been more helpful.

The assistant was very friendly helpful and knowledgeable and the experience was pleasant. Given the tactile nature of the purchase I thought maybe that there should have been more opportunities to sanitise, but we did do so at the entrance and face coverings were adhered to. There were no single beds to look at in the range we selected (or in any range?). I did misunderstand the pricing as I thought all beds had 20% off but it was a good price nonetheless. It is impossible to talk about product quality until we see the end result. I was a bit disappointed that it was going to take nearly a month to deliver, but we have found a way to work round this. We are going to move so unlikely to use Salisbury again but would happily go to Dreams again, providing we are happy with the final result.

Everything was fine, delivery time a bit long but due to current situation, that is what we are now up against in this world

I had a bad hip at the time and It was hurting me every time I tried a different mattress.
